Wielerronde van AMSTELVEEN in WESTWIJK

Aan de bewonersvan de woningen gelegen aan het parcours van de 19e Wielerronde van Amstelveen

In samenwerking met de Gemeente Amstelveen organiseert de ‘WielerVereniging de Amstel’ op:
ZONDAG 19 MEI 2024 van 11:00 tot 18:00u de jaarlijkse wielerwedstrijd in Westwijk

In verband met de ligging van uw woning aan of binnen het parcours rekenen wij ook dit jaar graag weer op uw sportieve medewerking. Voor zowel een prettig als veilig verloop van de wedstrijden vragen wij uw aandacht voor de onderstaande punten:

• In de straten van het parcours geldt binnen de aangegeven tijd een parkeerverbod (8u –18:30u)
• Indien echt noodzakelijk is het in- en uitrijden van de binnen het parcours gelegen straten uitsluitend mogelijk bij de kruising van Sacharovlaanmet de Aletta Jacobslaan-Ko van Dijklaan. Voor deze straten is dit de enige in-/uitgang van het parcours. Verkeersregelaars zullen u helpen, maar alleen tussen de wedstrijden.
• Ter voorkoming van onnodige ergernis en overlast vragen wij u dringend uw auto voor 8:00 u buiten het parcours te parkeren.
• De bushalte aan de Hammarskjoldsingelis tijdens de wedstrijden gesloten. Alternatief is de halte Noorddammerweg.

We verzoeken de eigenaren van honden vriendelijk doch dringend hun huisdieren tijdens de wedstrijden NIET LOS TE LATEN LOPEN. Dit in verband met de veiligheid van de renners en de dieren zelf.

Bicycle RACE in WESTWIJK

To the residents of the houses located along the route of the 19th Cycling Race of Amstelveen

In cooperation with the municipality, the Amstelveen cycle club ‘De Amstel’ organizes a bicycle race on:
SUNDAY MAY 19th 2024 from 11:00-18:00

To ensure that the race is safe and enjoyable for all, we kindly ask you for your cooperation:

• Parking is prohibited in the streets of the cycle route (8u –18:30u)
• In case of emergencythere is an entry/exit for those living in the streets enclosed by the race at the crossroads of the Sacharovlaan and the
  Aletta Jacobslaan-Ko van Dijklaan. For these streets this is the only entry/exit available. Traffic agents will help you but only in
  between the races.
• In order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, we strongly recommend you park vehicles outside of the course track before 8.00 am.
• For the duration of the race the busstopat the Hammarskjoldsingelis closed. Alternative busstop: Noorddammerweg.

We kindly request the owners of dogs to keep them indoor or on a leash for the safety of both the cyclists and the animals
